Public website
The public website uses self-hosted Umami Analytics; the current renderer adds no analytics cookies. Player search sends filters to the SquadCompass API. Favorites and comparisons use browser local storage, not cookies, and clearing site data removes local selections but not separately exported files. Do Not Track and the optional umami.disabled local-storage setting can prevent tracker loading. Blocking the tracker does not prevent normal player browsing.
Editor login
The WordPress administration area uses essential cookies to test cookie support, authenticate editors and protect sessions. These are required for the CMS to operate.
Future advertising
Advertising is not active. Before Google or another advertising provider is enabled, SquadCompass will deploy an appropriate consent-management platform where required and update this policy with cookie purposes, providers and retention information.
Browser controls
You can block scripts or cookies through your browser. Blocking the analytics script does not prevent normal public browsing, although blocking essential cookies may prevent editor login from working.
Data names, clubs and countries retain their export spelling.
