Role before overall score
Profiles begin with the football task a player may perform: creator, progressor, pressing option, defender or another clearly described role. Position alone is not treated as a complete evaluation.
Qualitative assessment bands
Technical, physical, mental, current-ability and potential signals use broad editorial bands such as Developing, Average, Good, Very good and Elite. These labels are not conversions of exact Football Manager attributes.
Permitted information
Research may consider publicly available match participation, club information, position, preferred role and observable playing tendencies. Exact proprietary database values are not copied or reconstructed.
Age and privacy
Age is fixed in completed years on 4 November 2025, the official FM26 release date. It is not increased after later birthdays. Salary, injury history and exact birth dates are excluded from public profiles.
Review cycle
Profiles should be reviewed when a player changes club, role or competitive level. The CMS stores editorial updates while public pages display the latest published assessment.
